We run team games out in the streets, team building, retreats and wellbeing programmes, in Spain and in any other country. There are challenges for every level and Qi Gong to recover, and we take care of everything, from the first email to the last day.
What we do
We start with what you want to achieve
It might be a team getting to know each other, recharging, celebrating something or learning. From there we choose the format and the place.
Experiences with technology
Team games in a city, a park or your own premises. You follow clues, answer questions, actors cross your path and the scores update live in our app.
Team building and adventure
Activities that get a team talking, trusting and working together, plus hiking, kayaking or canyoning retreats. Every challenge has a level A and a level B.
Wellbeing and Qi Gong
Breathing, Qi Gong and stress-management workshops and retreats, so your team can rest and recharge.
Tailor-made experiences
If what you are looking for does not fit any of the above, we put it together for your company, here or abroad, and stay with you from start to finish.
If the experience includes travel and accommodation, it is booked by your own travel agency or by a registered agency we suggest. We prepare the programme and coordinate it with them.

01 We listen
You tell us what you want to achieve, with whom, and where your team is right now. We start from scratch every time.
02 We design
We put together a programme that mixes challenge and calm, with levels for everyone and schedules planned so that nobody ends up exhausted.
03 On the day, we run it
On the day, we take care of everything. In our team games, our app coordinates the teams, the clues and the scoring, and nobody has to keep checking their phone.

The app and the devices are designed and run by the same team that prepares the experience.
How the game works

About us
Two founding partners, each with more than ten years' experience
We work in Spain and abroad, from Andalusia to Japan, Morocco, Peru or China, always with trusted suppliers and local people.
Carlos Parejo
For more than a decade he has run Exyt Control SL, a technology and event-operations company that works throughout Spain.
Jean-Luc Riehm
Athlete by training and Qi Gong master. He heads the Instituto Internacional de Qi Gong and founded Feel Good In Companies. He organises trips to China and designs wellbeing and team-building experiences for companies across many sectors.
