From effort to calm
Every morning starts with Qi Gong and every day you walk a little further, in a small group and with no rush. You go home with stronger legs and a quieter mind.
Where we’re going in 2027
We’ve listed them from nearest to furthest. You can start with a weekend walking out of Málaga or spend twelve days in the mountains of Yunnan. Prices will be confirmed when places open, and if you join the list you’ll get them before anyone else.
Mozarabic Way Weekend
You walk out of the centre of Málaga along the Mozarabic Way, and on Sunday you’re among the rocks of El Torcal. It’s the easiest way to try us out.

From the forest to the summit
Every expedition starts in the forest, where you can’t see the summit yet. Each day the path climbs and the trees thin out, until one morning, almost without noticing, you’re at the top.
A short quiz on the website and, if you like, a twenty-minute call to choose your expedition and level.
An eight-week plan to walk, climb stairs and breathe better, with Qi Gong sessions. We’ll ask you to write down what you’d like to bring home from the trip.
An easy first day. We settle in, go for a short walk, do our first Qi Gong practice and talk about how we’ll work as a group.
One challenge a day, each a little harder than the last and with two levels. In between there’s practice, time with local people and free afternoons.
The toughest challenge of the trip, with an alternative for anyone who’d rather not go up.
We look back on the trip together. Everyone writes themselves a letter and leaves with two or three specific commitments.
We write to you a week later and meet up after a month and again after three months. You also take home a plan to keep practising on your own.
What we promise
Small groups
Never more than 16 people, with one team member for every eight. That leaves time to get to know each other.
Spanish or English
If you come as a private group, you choose Spanish or English. For mixed groups we confirm the language before you book. Either way, we translate when you talk to the masters or to local people.
A plan for everyone
Every challenge has an alternative, so nobody’s left waiting at the accommodation while the others go up.
Reasonable days
No more than six hours of activity a day, with free afternoons and very little time on the road.
No surprises
Tips, entrance fees and donations are included. During the trip we won’t ask you for money or try to sell you anything.
We stick to the programme
We only change it for reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we tell you in writing and offer an alternative.
